Returns & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is simple. Either you love it, or send it back within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. A return must be accompanied with its original packaging in salable condition, and we will refund the purchase price in the manner you paid for it.  If we mistakenly sent you a product you did not order, we will pay for the return shipping. Please email us at order@roundrockgifts.com to let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return.  We ask you to pack carefully, mark the box FRAGILE if breakable and fully insure the package, as in the rare case of breakage we will help you file a claim with the carrier. It is important to keep all shipping and insurance receipts as you may need them for tracking and insurance purposes. Roundrockgifts aka Adams Gifts & Home Decor is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping

We can ship to United States addresses.  Note that there are restrictions on some products and Lampe Berger oil cannot be shipped to California destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
